Beatrix Benz

Beatrix has more than 15 years of experience in all aspects of Corporate Communications as well as Public Affairs in the Healthcare and Life Sciences sector. A scientist by training, she has worked with big pharma, specialty pharma and biotech companies around the world.

During her career she held senior positions at Novartis, Nycomed (now Takeda), Vifor Pharma and AC Immune, and has been actively involved in all aspects of corporate and organisational communications.

Beatrix has extensive experience in media relations, change communication, internal communication, disease awareness, patient advocacy, issue preparedness and reputation management. She also successfully led all communications activities around an acquisition and integration of a US Biotech company, as well as an IPO.

A Swiss and Austrian citizen, Beatrix has worked internationally for most of her career. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Journalism from the Zurich University of Applied Sciences.
