Consilium Strategic Communications advises Clinigen on successful acquisition by Triton

 

London, 11 May 2022, Consilium Strategic Communications, a global leader in strategic healthcare communications and investor relations, is pleased to have supported Clinigen on its successful acquisition by Triton Funds, Triley Bidco Limited (“Triton”) for £1.3 billion ($1.7 billion). Consilium continues to advise Clinigen as a privately held company.

Consilium has advised Clinigen since May 2021, providing strategic corporate and financial communications guidance and support including positioning and messaging, media and financial markets relations, and reputation and issues management.

During the course of its work with Clinigen, Consilium advised the Board and executive management team on creating a strategic and integrated communication strategy to foster constructive engagement with all key stakeholders. In addition, Consilium advised Clinigen on its communications during the process of its successful acquisition by Triton.
