Alix has led corporate and public affairs campaigns for healthcare companies, including Roche, Genentech, Abbott, AbbVie, Access Accelerated, EMD Serono/Merck, and AstraZeneca, both branded and above brand. Alix has significant experience in global health and emerging healthcare issues management, including messaging development, organizational positioning, and third-party relationship development.
Prior, Alix managed patient advocacy at Alexion Pharmaceuticals and led global campaigns at Weber Shandwick in the Washington, D.C. office. She holds a Master of Arts in Advertising with a focus in healthcare communications from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Art History from Trinity University in San Antonio, TX
