Olena joined ICR Consilium as a Financial Manager in May 2024. She holds a BA Honors degree in Finance and brings over 20 years of experience in accounting, primarily within the international pharmaceutical industry. She is currently qualifying as an accountant in the UK and plans to qualify internationally.

What is one thing people do not know by looking at you?
One of my favorite hobbies is knitting. It’s an indescribable emotion when a stylish and high-quality product appears from a skein of yarn before your eyes.
What is your favourite part of your job?
Like any accountant, I love it when debits and credits match. But more than that, I like to dive into the legislative jungle and find the best ways to implement decisions.
